摘要
对某电动汽车驱动系统的冷却系统进行匹配设计,为验证设计选型的准确性,利用AMESim软件搭建冷却系统模型进行模拟,且在整车环境舱中进行测试。结果表明,该冷却系统在高温环境及较为恶劣的山路爬坡工况下,均能够保证各部件有效工作。
The matching design of the cooling system for driving system of one electric vehicle is conducted.In order to verify the design and selection,the cooling system model is established and simulated by AMESim software,and it s tested in the vehicle environment cabin.The results show that this cooling system can ensure the effective work of each component in high-temperature environment and under harsh hill climbing condition.
