摘要
作为农特产品的进出口大国,每年我国都有大量农特产品需要进行干燥处理。热泵干燥技术具有节约能量、环境友好、干燥产品品质高的优点,本文通过对当前热泵干燥技术国内外研究现状的梳理,列举了目前各学者在农特产品领域中热泵技术的应用,对今后热泵干燥技术的发展趋势进行了一定程度的预测。
As a large import and export country of agricultural special products,every year,a large number of agricultural special products in China need to be dried.The heat pump drying technology has the advantages of energy saving,environmental friendliness and high quality of dry products.It combs the research status of the current heat pump drying technology at home and abroad,and enumerates the application of heat pump technology by various scholars in the field of agricultural special products.The development trend of drying technology has been predicted to some extent.
