温针疗法治疗小儿遗尿的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture on children with enuresis

目的观察温针灸治疗小儿遗尿的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至12月江苏省连云港市赣榆区中医院儿科收治的小儿遗尿患者30例。选取关元、气海、中极、肾俞、膀胱俞、三阴交、命门、百会等穴位,采用温针灸治疗。10次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果经过2个疗程治疗后,30例患儿中治愈22例(73.3%),显效6例(20%),无效2例(6.7%),总有效率93.3%(28/30)。结论温针灸治疗小儿遗尿疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture on children with enuresis.Methods Thirty patients with pediatric enuresis admitted to the Pediatrics Department of Ganyu District Hospital of Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province from May 2018 to December were selected.Warm acupuncture was used on the point CV4(Guanyuan),point CV6(Qihai),point CV3(Zhongji),point B23(Shenshu),point B28(Pangguangshu),point SP6(Sanyinjiao),point GV4(Mingmen),and point GV20(Baihui).One course included 10 times of treatment,and the therapeutic effects were evaluated after2 courses.Results After 2 courses of treatment,22 cases(73.3%)were cured in 30 cases,6 cases(20%)were markedly effective,and 2 cases(6.7%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 93.3%(28/30).Conclusion Warm acupuncture treatment of children with enuresis is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
