麻黄附子细辛汤加味配合刃针松解术治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的效果

Effect of Modified Ephedra Aconite and Asarum Decoction combined with knife needle loosening treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness type

目的探讨麻黄附子细辛汤加味配合刃针松解术治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法选取2017年3月~2018年5月我院收治的80例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予美洛昔康片配合牵引推拿治疗,观察组给予麻黄附子细辛汤加味配合刃针松解术治疗。观察两组的治疗效果、疼痛评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周后,观察组的疼痛评分分别为(3.20±0.42)、(1.39±0.25)分,低于对照组的(5.11±0.29)、(3.90±0.43)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症采用麻黄附子细辛汤加味配合刃针松解术治疗,效果较佳,可有效改善疼痛,安全性高。

Objective To explore the effect of Modified Ephedra Aconite and Asarum Decoction combined with knife needle loosening treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness type.Methods Eighty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of cold-dampness type treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Meloxicam Tablets combined with traction and massage,while the observation group was treated with Modified Ephedra Aconite and Asarum Decoction combined with knife needle loosening.The therapeutic effect,pain score and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.50%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the pain scores of the observation group were(3.20±0.42),(1.3±0.25)points respectively,which were lower than those of the control group([5.11±0.29],[3.90±0.43]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Modified Ephedra and Aconitum Asarum Decoction combined with knife needle loosening treating lumbar disc herniation of cold-dampness type is better,which can effectively improve pain and has high safety.
