摘要
目的分析层级护理管理模式在急诊科护士管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月11日~2017年5月31日的28名急诊科护士作为对照组,对其实施常规管理;选取我院2017年6月1日~2018年8月26日的28名急诊科护士作为观察组,对其实施层级护理管理。比较两组的工作能力评分和心理状态评分。结果观察组护士的工作质量评分、工作能力评分、综合能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士的焦虑评分、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急诊科护士实施层级护理管理,可以提高护士的工作质量,改善护士的心理状态,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical nursing management mode in nurse management in emergency department.Methods A total of 28 nurses from the emergency department of our hospital from January11,2016 to May 31,2017 were selected as the control group,who were given conventional management.Altogether 28 nurses from the emergency department of our hospital from June 1,2017 to August 26,2018 were selected as the observation group,who were given hierarchical nursing management.The scores of work ability and mental state were compared between the two groups.Results The work quality score,work ability score and comprehensive ability score in the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score and depression score in the nurses in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing management for nurses in the emergency department can enhance their quality of work and improve their mental state,which is worthy of promotion and application.
