情景模式护理在子宫输卵管造影术中的应用效果

Application effect of situational model nursing in hysterosalpingography

目的探讨情景模式护理在子宫输卵管造影术(HSG)中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6~12月于江西省赣县区人民医院介入手术室84例行HSG患者,按照护理模式不同将其分为干预组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。干预组实施HSG时采用情景模式护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组术中置管时间、术后疼痛晕厥发生率及影像质量。结果干预组术中置管时间短于对照组,术后疼痛晕厥发生率低于对照组,影像质量优良率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模式护理用于HSG中不仅能缩短置管时间,降低术后疼痛晕厥发生率,还可提高影像质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of situational nursing in hysterosalpingography(HSG).Methods Eighty-six patients who underwent HSG in the interventional room of the People′s Hospital of Ganxian District,Jiangxi Province from June to December 2018 were selected,according to the different nursing modes,they were divided into the intervention group(n=42)and the control group(n=42).Situational model nursing was used in patients undergoing HSG during the intervention group,the control group was received routine care,the intraoperative catheterization time,postoperative pain and syncope incidence and image quality were compared between two groups.Results In the intervention group,the intraoperative catheterization time was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of postoperative pain syncope was lower than that of the control group,the image quality was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational model nursing for HSG not only shortens catheterization time,reduce the incidence of postoperative pain and syncope,can also improve image quality,it is worth promoting.
