精细化护理在老年急危重症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of refined nursing on elderly critical care

目的探讨老年急危重症患者急救护理中开展精细化护理干预的效果及意义。方法择取2017年11月~2018年10月我院重症医学科收治的110例老年急危重症患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组行急危重症常规急救护理,观察组行危机重症精细化护理干预,对两组的护理总满意度、抢救成功率、接诊时间、抢救护理时间、急救室停留时间、住院时间等进行比较。结果观察组抢救成功率为98.18%,高于对照组87.27%,护理总满意度为94.55%,高于对照组81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的接诊时间、抢救护理时间、急救室停留时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年急危重症患者急救护理干预中实施精细化护理可有效缩短患者急救时间和急救室停留时间,提升患者治疗效果,对患者临床预后具有积极影响,该种护理方式值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and significance of fine nursing intervention in the emergency care of elderly patients with acute critical illness.Methods A total of 110 elderly critically ill patients admitted to the Department of Critical Care Medicine from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,55 cases in each group.The patients in the control group underwent routine critical care for emergency and critical care.The patients in the observation group underwent fined nursing interventions.The total satisfaction of the two groups of patients,the success rate of rescue,the time of receiving,the time of rescue,the time of stay in the emergency room,the length of hospital stay,etc indicators were compared.Results The success rate of rescue in the observation group was 98.18%higher than that in the control group 87.27%,and the nursing total satisfaction was 94.55%higher than that in the control group 81.82%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The receiving time,rescue and nursing time,emergency room stay time and hospitalization time of the observation group were all shorter than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine nursing in the emergency nursing intervention for elderly patients with acute and critical illness can effectively shorten the time of first aid and stay in the emergency room,improve the treatment effect of patients,and have a positive impact on the clinical prognosis of patients,so this nursing method is worth promoting in clinical application.
