法治环境下我国图书馆职业伦理构建研究

A Study on the Construction of Librarian Professional Ethics of China under the Legal Environment

中国图书馆职业伦理从一开始借鉴国外的构建方式,到发展出自己的职业伦理规范和条例,其构建原则随着法律、技术、用户等因素的变化而变化。《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》实施后,中国图书馆职业伦理发展有了比较良好的法治环境。文章简单介绍全世界的图书馆职业伦理概况,解读法治环境下中国图书馆职业伦理内涵,探讨了影响图书馆职业伦理发展的关键因素、核心原则以及原则的变化,以期对今后我国相关法律法规、规范条例的制定或修改提供启示。

After the conduction of the Public Library Law of the People’s Republic of China,benign environment is formed for librarian ethical norms.The paper introduces the basic situation of library professional ethics all over the world in brief,interprets the connotation of Chinese library professional ethics,then analyses the key factors,the core principles and the changes of them impacting Chinese library occupation norms,aiming at providing inspirations for the drafting and revision of related laws or codes in China.
