摘要
江苏某市10栋老旧砖混结构房屋出现老化、局部破损等状况,通过对上述房屋的现场检测,结合现行砌体及抗震设计规范,指出上述房屋在结构布置、抗震措施等方面存在的问题,根据现行砌体及抗震加固设计规范,对上述房屋提出加固建议,经验算,原有受压及抗震承载力不足的构件经过加固后,承载力显著提高,能够符合规范要求。
Ageing and partial disrepair appear in 10 old brick-concrete buildings in a country town of Jiangsu province. The existing problems of structure arrangement,anti-seismic details are pointed out, which are through the all-around testing for these buildings and analysis according to present design codes for masonry structures and anti-seismic. The reinforcement advice are provided according to present design code for masonry structures and anti-seismic strengthening. It can be concluded from the structure checking that the vertical bearing capacity and anti-seismic bearing capacity of load-bearing brick walls are dramatically improved after reinforcement,which are inadequate before,and the capacity can meet the design codes.
