手术室护士专科护理培训需求调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the training needs of operating room nurses

目的了解某三甲综合医院手术室护士的专科护理培训需求状况,以便制订科学合理的培训计划。方法 2018年10~12月期间使用自拟问卷对中山市人民医院106名手术室护士进行3个部分共24个项目专科护理培训需求的调查。结果各层级手术室护士有不同的培训需求;不同层级护士在手术患者低体温的防护与处理、手术体位的合理安置、手术隔离技术的应用、手术标本的管理、手术室护理急救技术、手术室突发应急事件的处理、手术室护理质量管理等7项培训内容的需求方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);48.1%的护士认为每个月1次的培训频次较为合理,73.6%的护士认为培训时间安排在工作日上午合理;41.5%的护士认为每次培训时长0.5~1 h较为适宜。结论开展手术室护士培训需求调查有利于科学合理的制定培训计划。

Objective To make scientific and reasonable training plans by investigating the training needs of operating room nurses in a tertiary general hospital. Methods A self-made questionnaire which included 24 items of three parts was used to investigate 106 operating room nurses in Zhongshan People’s Hospital from October 2018 to December 2018. Results There were different training needs of nurses in different hierarchy. Those nurses had different training needs in 7 items, including the protection and management of hypothermia, proper placement of operative position, application of surgical isolation techniques, management of surgical specimens, nursing first aid technology, handling of emergency events, and nursing quality management in operation room (P<0.05). Among the nurses, 48.1% thought that the training frequency of once a month was more reasonable, 73.6% thought that the training time in the morning of working day was reasonable, and 41.5% thought that the training duration should be 0.5 hours to 1 hour. Conclusion It is beneficial to make training plans scientifically and reasonably by investigating the training needs of operating room nurses.
