空斗墙老旧房屋危险性鉴定研究

Study on Dangerous Appraisal of Old Cavity Wall Buildings

空斗墙老旧房屋在我国江南地区大量存在,且大都亟待进行危险性鉴定,而现行的房屋危险性鉴定标准和相关检测标准未对空斗墙房屋检测和鉴定进行相应规定,部分条文不适用于空斗墙房屋。本文以某空斗墙住宅楼危险性鉴定为例,对空斗墙的承载力计算及调整系数取值、砂浆强度检测及取值等问题提出了相应的建议。

There are a large number of cavity wall buildings in the south of the Yangtze River in China,and most of them are in urgent need of dangerous appraisal.However,the existing standard for dangerous buildings appraisal and related testing standards do not provide for the relevant provisions for the detection and appraisal of cavity wall buildings,and some provisions do not apply to cavity wall buildings.Taking the dangerous appraisal of a cavity wall residential building as an example,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions on the calculation of bearing capacity of the cavity wall,the selection of adjustment coefficient,the detection and selection of mortar strength,etc.
