高耸花瓶型斜拉桥索塔施工关键技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 索塔作为斜拉桥主要的关键结构,通常建筑高耸,现场安全风险大,大型设备要求高,施工组织及施工关键工艺难度大。现代桥塔随着桥梁跨度的逐渐增加,作为主要承重构件的索塔也体现为高度大、截面大、配筋密集、锚固区结构复杂、几何外形多变。随之带来的索塔施工难度也逐渐增大。本文结合上海黄浦江辰塔公路花瓶型斜拉桥索塔,对高耸花瓶型斜拉桥索塔上下横梁、塔柱、液压爬模施工关键技术进行总结分析。 As the main key structure of cable-stayed bridges,pylons are usually high-rise buildings with high site safety risks,high requirements for large-scale equipment,and difficult construction organization and key construction technology.With the increasing span of modern bridges,pylons,as the main supporting components,are also characterized by large height,large section,dense reinforcement,complex structure of anchorage zone and variable geometry.Consequently,the difficulty of cable tower construction is gradually increasing.This paper combines with the cable tower of vase cable-stayed bridge on Chenta Highway of Huangpu River in Shanghai,summarizes and analyses the key technologies of the construction of the upper and lower crossbeams,tower columns and hydraulic climbing formwork of the pylon of the high-rise vase cable-stayed bridge.
