摘要
目的探讨新生儿大脑白质空间异质性发育规律。方法获取40例胎龄为36~41.57孕周正常新生儿颅脑T1WI和DTI数据。分别采用全脑分析方法TBSS及纤维追踪方法绘制全脑白质及特定白质结构FA的变化曲线。结果新生儿大脑白质发育存在空间异质性:顶枕部白质FA值高于额部FA值,顶枕部白质FA值随孕龄变化速率快于额部。结论白质纤维FA值变化符合髓鞘及大脑功能的发育规律。
Objective Exploring spatio-heterogeneity development of brain whit matte of newborn.Methods Obtaining T1WI and DTI data of brain of normal newborn baby during 36~41.57 PCW.Quantifying white matter FA values and drawing the developmental projection with both whole-brain analysis method TBSS and fiber tracking.Results White matter areas within parietal and occipital lobes have higher FA values than white matter areas within frontal lobe,meanwhile,the FA increase rates of parietal and occipital white matter areas are faster that frontal lobe.Conclusion FA values changes with PCW accord with myelination and functional development of brain.These data will be helpful for the understanding for functional development and mechanism of related white matter disease of newborn and preterm.
