MR小肠造影多模态检查序列分析

Analysis and selection of Sequences in MR enterography

目的分析比较MR小肠造影多模态检查各序列的优势与特点。方法回顾我院2012年1月~2017年1月期间所做的551例MR小肠造影检查。所有病例的MR检查均包含HASTE/T2SSFE,TURE-TISP/FIESTA,DWI,VIBE-T1/LAVA-T1及3D-T1增强扫描,87例进行Function Cine MRI检查。结果HASTE/T2SSFE可清晰显示肠壁结构及肠壁厚度;TURE-TISP/FIESTA可清晰显示肠系膜结构;DWI可显示肠壁的炎症表现;VIBE-T1/LAVA-T1及3D-T1增强扫描可显示病变有无异常强化;Function Cine MRI可显示肠粘连及肠道蠕动的情况。结论MR小肠造影检查各序列各有优势及特点,依据患者的实际情况分析、选择合适的序列进行多模态扫描有助于小肠疾病的正确诊断。

Objective To compare and analyze the Sequences in MR enterography.Methods 551 cases of MR enterpgraphy in our hospital during Jan 2011 to Jan 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.MRI sequences included HASTE/T2 SSFE,TURE-TISP/FIESTA,DWI,VIBE-T1/LAVA-T1 and 3 D-T1 enhanced scan.Function cine MRI had been added in 81 cases.Results The strurcture of the intenstinal wall and bowel thickening could be shown clearly in HASTE/T2SSFE.Mesentery could be shown clearly in TURE-TISP/FIESTA.DWI sequences contributed to the observation of inflammation in intestinal wall.Normal or abnormal enhancement of lesions could be shown in VIBE-T1/LAVA-T1 and 3 D-T1 enhanced scans.Adhesions and intestinal peristalsis could be shown in Function Cine MRI.Conclusion The utility of each MRI sequence is different but complementary.Suitable selection of MR sequences according to actual situation is helpful for the correct diagnosis of small intestinal diseases.
