摘要
蒸发结晶技术可用于废水的浓缩处理,但传统的多效蒸发技术运行成本高。机械蒸汽再压缩技术(Mechanical Vapor Recompression, MVR)可以有效地降低蒸发过程的能耗,对节约能源和减少废气废水排放具有重要意义。本文针对用于处理高浓度含盐化工废水的MVR 系统做了介绍,并对自制试验系统采用的管壳式热交换器和闪蒸器做了热力计算和结构设计,提出了设计要点和注意事项。
Evaporative crystallization technology can be used to concentrate wastewater, but traditional multi-effect evaporation technology has high cost. Mechanical Vapor Recompression technology (MVR) can effectively reduce the energy consumption of evaporation process, which is of great significance in saving energy and reducing waste gas and water discharge. This paper introduces the MVR system for treating high concentration saline chemical wastewater, and makes thermodynamic calculation and structural design of tube and shell heat exchanger and flash evaporator used in the self-made test system, and puts forward the design key points and matters needing attention.
