物料堆场原料跨功能性设计改造

摘要 福建泉州闽光钢铁有限责任公司(以下简称泉州闽光)烧结厂2019年球团计划停产改建烧结机,根据实际生产需要炼铁厂块矿需求量将增加,以目前15道块矿堆场的能力堆满情况下仅够使用4天,低于现有7天库存量的要求,导致高炉生产处于被动,为扭转局面通过对物料堆场原料跨进行改造,提高原料储备能力,同时设计全新的送料系统、筛分系统,将其改造为具备堆、筛、送功能的物料堆放转运综合系统,以满足实际生产的需要,提高生产效率。 It is scheduled to stop pellet production and deploy sintering machines in the sintering plant of Fujian Quanzhou Minguang Steel Co., Ltd.("Quanzhou Minguang" for short) in 2019. Accordingly, it can be foreseen that for the steel plant of Quanzhou Minguang, the demand for lump ore will increase as required by actual production. However, the minimum requirements that lump ore stored should be available for seven days can not be met since existing No. 15 raw lump ore storage yard can only store lump ore to be consumed for four days even when the storage yard is full. This is unconducive to blast furnace ironmaking. To address this situation, reconstruction program of the raw material bays in the storage yards are formulated to improve the raw material storage capacity. Meanwhile, brand-new material feeding system and material screening system are designed. This way, the existing storage yards will be transformed into a comprehensive system integrating the functions of storage, screening and feeding, so as to meet actual production demand and improve production efficiency.
