乡村文化振兴是乡村振兴的先导和引领,而乡村文化振兴则以乡村文化自信为前提要件,加强乡村文化自信的培育,是推动实施乡村振兴的内在要求。反观当前,乡村文化自信培育面临着诸多现实困境,造成农民精神文化上的“失根”,乡村振兴发展也缺乏丰富深厚的文化引领。通过贯彻以农民为中心的理念、加快农业现代化发展步伐、提升乡村教育的文化功能、促进城乡文化的互动融合、整合乡村社会的多方资源、深化乡村文化的转化发展,培育乡村民众的乡村文化自信,实现乡村振兴背景下乡村文化的繁荣兴盛。

The revitalization of rural culture boosts the rural revitalization.Cultivating rural culture self-confidence is the premise of rural culture revitalization.Strengthening rural cultural self-confidence is the necessary mission to promote rural revitalization.However,the current rural culture self-confidence is faced with many practical difficulties.Therefore,the peasant spiritual culture is not pinned,and the rural revitalization and development process lacks rich and profound culture as a guide.By implementing the peasant-centered concept,accelerating the pace of agricultural modernization,upgrading the cultural function of rural education,promoting the interactive integration of urban and rural culture,integrating the various resources of rural society,and deepening the transformation and development of rural culture,it will cultivate rural culture self-confidence,so as to realize the prosperity of rural culture in the context of rural revitalization.
