摘要
随着产品更新速度加快和产品生产的时间缩短,数控机床以其先进的制作工艺而备受关注。作为数控机床的核心的数控系统,是影响数控机床性能和可靠性的关键因素。近年来,国内数控系统经过长时间的研发和探索,开发出的数控机床在局部性能上得到很大的改善,逐渐靠近国外高端数控机床,但这些数控系统统一存在实时性差,硬件成本高等缺点,无法满足相关行业工艺要求高、运动控制精度要求低的需求。基于此,本文结合自身工作实践,对嵌入式处理器的数控系统硬件设计分析。
With the acceleration of product renewal and the shortening of production time,CNC machine tools have attracted much attention for their advanced manufacturing technology.As the core of CNC machine tools,CNC system is the key factor affecting the performance and reliability of CNC machine tools.In recent years,after a long period of research and development and exploration,the CNC machine tools developed in our country have been greatly improved in local performance,and gradually close to foreign high-end CNC machine tools.However,these CNC systems have some shortcomings such as poor real-time performance and high hardware cost,which can not meet the high requirements of technology and motion control in relevant industries.The requirement of low precision is low.Based on this,this paper combines its own work practice to analyze the hardware design of embedded processor CNC system.
