摘要
在深圳电网中应用的10kV移开式大电流开关柜,随着其运行负荷增加、运行时间增长,重载情况下会异常发热,本文分析其发热的真正原因为设备通流能力不足,重载情况下会异常发热,并存在设计缺陷,导致热量集聚不易散热,针对现存问题提出相应的改进措施,将动静触头、触臂更换成散热更好的部件,并重新设计开关柜的散热通道,保证设备的通流散热性能,确保设备安全可靠运行。
As the load and the running time increases,10 kV removable high current switchgear used in Shenzhen Power Grid will be abnormally heated under heavy load.The real reason of the heating defects in this paper is the lack of equipment flow capacity and the design flaws,causes heat accumulation to be difficult to dissipate.Propose corresponding improvement measures for existing problems,replace the static and dynamic contacts and the contact arm with a heat-dissipating component,and redesign the heat dissipation channel of the switchgear,ensure the heat dissipation performance of the device to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
