合适的运营管理模式对于充分发挥城际铁路的社会效益和经济效益具有重要意义。在分析我国铁路运营管理模式现状的基础上,对自主运营及委托运营两种运营管理模式进行了探讨。以江苏省城际铁路为例,进行了运营管理模式选择分析,并得出了竞争性外包的自主运营管理模式为更优的结论。

An effective operation management mode is of great significance for bringing the social and economic benefits of intercity railways into full play.Based on an analysis of the status quo of railway operation management modes in China,the two operation management modes of independent operation and entrusted operation are discussed.Taking the intercity railway in Jiangsu Province as an example,the selection analysis of operation management mode is conducted,it is concluded that the independent operation management mode of competitive business outsourcing is better.
