摘要
干法除尘蒸发冷却塔粗灰气力输送系统是一种利用压缩气体的动压能与静压能联合输送的高浓度、高效率气力输送系统。气力输灰设备包括:气动式插板阀、星型卸料器、灰粉破碎器、进料阀、下引式仓泵、出料阀、排气阀、管道式助推器等。该系统对转炉冶炼影响小,可应对粗灰的各种工况,使粗灰输送的稳定性、可靠性提高。
The raw ash pneumatic conveying system of evaporative cooling tower for dry dust removal process is a high-concentration and high-efficiency pneumatic conveying system,which uses the combined transmission of dynamic pressure energy and static pressure energy of compressed air.The equipment of pneumatic ash conveyor includes the pneumatic plug-in valve,star unloader,ash crusher,feed valve,down-draft bin pump,discharge valve,exhaust valve,pipe-type booster,etc.The system has little impact on converter smelting and can deal with various working conditions of the raw ash,which improves the stability and reliability of raw ash transportation.
