摘要
钛冶炼厂15t电炉采用“半封闭导流罩+屋顶排烟罩”的除尘方式,尤其是氧化期,电炉产生的二次烟尘量较大,当受到横风影响时,烟柱偏移至屋顶罩外,导致屋顶罩烟气捕集效果较差。通过增设移动式集烟罩后,对冶炼过程中的烟气实施了有效密闭式捕集,解决了烟气外溢情况。
The 15 t EAF in the Titanium Smelter adopted the dedusting method of“semi-closed shroud+roof exhaust hood”.During the process of EAF smelting,especially during the oxidation period,the amount of secondary smoke and dust produced by EAF is large,and the smoke column would deviate to the outside of the roof hood when affected by cross wind,resulting in poor smoke trapping effect of the roof hood.After the installation of a mobile smoke collector,the smoke in smelting process was effectively captured in a closed way,which completely solved the situation of smoke spillover,which solved the problem of smoke overflow.
