摘要
随着IEC61850标准的应用与推广,智能变电站以其结构布局规范、设备智能集成化等特点已成为智能电网的重要组成部分。主要阐述了智能变电站的设计构架及特征,并根据钢铁企业生产节奏及其负荷特性提出优化方案,以提高智能变电站数据信息量的管控水平,确保钢铁企业电力系统安全可靠、稳定的经济运行。
With the application and promotion of IEC61850 standard,intelligent substation has become an important part of smart grid with its advantages of standardized structural layout and intelligent device integration.This paper mainly describes the design structure and characteristics of intelligent substation,and puts forward an optimization plan based on the production cycle and load characteristics of steel enterprises,to improve the control level of intelligent substation data information process and ensure safe and reliable power system operation of steel enterprises.
