Application of Reverse Power Operation of Power Generator in TRT

TRT(高炉煤气余压回收透平发电机组),是利用高炉煤气的压力能和热能在透平机中膨胀做功,带动发电机发电。而炉况的不同,发电机运行状态亦不同,从而关系到TRT机组的发电量及经济效益。根据高炉运行状态,适时调整发电机为逆功率运行状态是可行的,也是提高发电量和并网的有效措施。

TRT(blast furnace top gas pressure turbine generator)generates power by utilizing blast furnace gas pressure energy and heat energy to expand working in turbines.Different furnace condition means different generator operation condition,which is related to the power output and economic performance of TRT.Timely adjusting the generator to reverse power operation according to furnace operation condition is a feasible and effective measure to improve power output and grid connection.
