摘要
全封闭组合电器GIS已经广泛应用于企业变配电站,在建设安装和运行维护管理过程中,企业的专业技术和管理人员均积累了较为丰富的经验和意识,但是对前期设计和GIS的配置,一般均涉入较少,基本上以设计方和制造厂家为主;设备毕竟最终要交由运方管理运行维护,基于设备管理的理念,把握住源头,用户方积极介入GIS的前期设计和制造阶段,有利于GIS的长周期安全稳定运行。
Fully-enclosed composite apparatus GIS has been widely applied in the substations of enterprises.Though the special technical and management staff in enterprises have gathered rich experience and consciousness in the construction,installation and operation maintenance and management of GIS,they have little involvement in the early design and configuration of GIS,which is basically done by designers and manufacturers.As the equipment would finally be handed over to users for operation and maintenance,active involvement of users in early design and manufacturing based on equipment management concept and source grasping is helpful for the long-term safe and stable operation of GIS.
