摘要
根据热电厂260t/h锅炉尾部低压省煤器泄露和空气预热器破损堵灰,排烟温度高的现象,找出煤气燃烧时,烟气中SO3蒸汽遇冷凝结,腐蚀尾部烟道设备,通过工艺优化和低压省煤器外置改造,消除了低温腐蚀的现象。
The low-pressure coal economizer at the tail of 260 t/h boiler in a thermal power plant suffered leakage,the air preheater was damaged and blocked with ash and the exhaust temperature was excessively high.It was found out that when the gas was burning the SO3 steam in smoke would condense at coldness,which would corrode the tail flue duct.Through process optimization and external modification of the low-pressure coal economizer,the phenomenon of low temperature corrosion was removed.
