摘要
目前,轧钢浊环水处理工艺有“旋流井+稀土磁盘+平流隔油池+磁力压渣机”以及“旋流井+平流沉淀池+高速过滤器+反洗水池系统”两种。重点分析“旋流井+稀土磁盘+平流隔油池+磁力压渣机”热轧浊环水水处理工艺运行中存在的问题,对系统进行针对性的优化升级,系统水质全面提升,运行成本降低显著。
At present,there are two types of steel hot rolling turbid circulating water treatment processes,i.e.“cyclone well+rare earth magnetic disc+advection oil separator+magnetic slag crusher”and“cyclone well+advection sedimentation basin+high-speed filter+reverse washing tank”.The paper mainly analyzes existing problems in operation of the turbid circulating water treatment process of“cyclone well+rare earth magnetic disc+advection oil separator+magnetic slag crusher”.Specific optimization upgrading was carried out to the system,which has comprehensively improved water quality and significantly reduced operation cost.
