城市剩余空间的活化再生策略研究

Study on activation and regeneration strategy of urban leftover space

经济快速发展对城市原有的布局结构和空间功能造成冲击,迫使城市进行调整和重组,从而产生城市剩余空间。本文利用文献搜集和实地调研的方法,将城市剩余空间分为居住型、商业型、工业型、交通型及其他剩余空间,对各类剩余空间的位置、成因、特征及存在问题进行分析,挖掘其潜在的生态、社会、文化、景观和经济功能。在借鉴国内外优秀案例的基础上,提出有限介入与低影响开发、趣味体验与互动性设计、城市文脉的保存与延续、基础设施的景观化利用和化整为零与一体化设计五大活化再生策略,以期达到充分利用城市土地,激活城市空间的目的。

The rapid economic development has an impact on the original layout structure and spatial functions of the city,forcing the city to adjust and reorganize,which generates the leftover space of the city.This paper uses literature collection and field research methods to divide urban leftover space into residential,commercial,industrial,traffic and other leftover space,their potential ecological,social,cultural,landscape and economic functions are explored by analyzing their locations,causes,characteristics and existing problems.Based on the excellent cases at home and abroad,it proposes five regeneration strategies-limited intervention and low-impact development,interesting experience and interactive design,preservation and continuation of urban context,landscape utilization of infrastructure and integration.These five strategies will help achieve the purpose of making full use of urban land and activating urban space.
