摘要
采用分解分析法,以徐州市为实证,从源头、过程、末端等不同生产环节分析了2005-2017年再生性资源型城市绿色发展效率的时空演变特征。结果表明:再生性资源型城市不同生产环节的绿色发展效率演化趋势各异,且呈现源头循环效率>末端治理效率>清洁生产效率的异质性特征;绿色发展效率经历“M”型变化过程,且总体上低于绿色发展水平和质量;空间上,再生性资源型城市绿色发展效率呈现中心低而外围高的“碟”型空间格局特征,制造业集聚发展是造成绿色发展效率降低及其空间范围扩张的主要原因,加大绿色技术创新是促进再生性资源型城市绿色发展的核心动力。
Using the decomposition analysis method and taking Xuzhou City as an empirical study,the spatial and temporal evolution characteristics of green development efficiency of renewable resource-based cities from 2005 to 2017 are analyzed from different production links such as source,process and end.The results are as follows:The development trend of green development efficiency in different production links of renewable resource-based cities varies and show the heterogeneity characteristics of source recycling efficiency>end treatment efficiency>clean production efficiency;The green development efficiency undergoes"M"type change process and generally lower than the level of green development and quality;In terms of space,the green development efficiency of regenerative resource-based cities shows the characteristics of"disc"spatial pattern with low center and high periphery,manufacturing agglomeration development is the main reason for the decline of green development efficiency and its spatial expansion and increase green technology innovation is the core driving force for green development of renewable resource-based cities.
