Research on the Development of Regional Innovation Strategy for Biological Agriculture——a Literature Review

生物农业已经成为全球农业发展的重点领域,也是我国应对农业问题、推动农业科技革命的有效途径。本文通过梳理文献,总结了国内外关于生物农业的概念、发展现状、发展趋势、方向和政策;在区域创新体系领域,从概念、模式与评价、障碍和政策的角度进行总结。

Biological agriculture has become an important area of global agricultural development.And it is also an effective way to deal with agricultural problems and promote agricultural scientific and technological revolution for China.In this paper,we summarize the concept,development status,development trend,direction and policy of biological agriculture.As to regional innovation system,we summarize the concept,model and evaluation,obstacle and policy.
