农业现代化进程中农村养老体系研究及构建建议

Research and Construction Suggestions on Rural Old-age Pension System in the Process of Agricultural Modernization

1954年召开的第一届全国人面代表大会上,第一次明确指出要实现工业、农业、交通运输业和国防的四个现代化任务.在我国工业已经基本实现现代化的基础上,农业现代化这块短板需要被加强.农业现代化是我国实现现代化的基础,是国家现代化的支撑.我国现阶段农业现代化进程中,农村养老问题越来越突出,农民养老保险和养老制度的缺失是导致我国老龄化问题严重的很大原因.本文通过对我国农村养老问题的现状和存在的问题进行研究,找出我国农村养老体系构建的方法和建议,希望为后来者提供研究思路和方向.

At the first National People's Congress held in 1954,it was clearly pointed out for the first time that the four modernization tasks of industry,agriculture,transportation and national defence should be realized.On the basis of the basic modernization of China's industry,the short board of agricultural modernization needs to be strengthened.Agricultural modernization is the foundation of China's modernization and the support of national modernization.At present,in the process of agricultural modernization in China,the problem of rural old-age pension is becoming more and more prominent.The lack of peasants old-age insurance and old-age pension system is a major cause of the serious aging problem in Chi-na.This paper studies the current situation and existing problems of rural old-age pension in China,and finds out the methods and suggestions for the construction of rural old-age pension system in China,hoping to provide research ideas and directions for later generations.
