在生态文明建设战略下,低碳经济凭借着自身优势受到了社会各界的广泛关注,也推动了行业产业的变革.低碳经济的出现给我国酒店服务业带来了巨大的挑战,酒店的管理理念与模式关乎酒店的生存与发展.酒店若想提高市场竞争力,保证在市场竞争中不处弱势,需要主动适应低碳经济背景,转变酒店管理模式.本文对现阶段酒店管理存在的问题以及转变酒店管理模式的意义进行了阐述,并探讨了基于低碳经济背景的酒店管理模式.

Under the ecological civilization construction strategy,the low- carbon economy has received extensive attention from all walks of life by virtue of its own advantages,and has also promoted the transformation of the industry.The emergence of low-carbon economy has brought great challenges to China's hotel service industry.The management philosophy and model of the hotel are related to the survival and development of the hotel.If the hotel wants to improve its market competitiveness and ensure that it is not vulnerable in the market competition,it needs to actively adapt to the low-carbon economy background and change the hotel management model.This paper expounds the problems existing in the current hotel management and the significance of changing the hotel management mode,and discusses the hotel management mode based on the low carbon economy background.
