摘要 近年来,新零售一直是中国资本市场的第一大热门,围绕新零售大量的资本疯狂涌入,新零售更是进入了野蛮生长的时代.由于深受年轻消费者喜爱,加之互联网的快速发展,我国生鲜电商持续蓬勃发展.本文选取当下快速扩张的"超级物种"实体店为分析对象,对其背后的生鲜产品供应链进行梳理,并提出供应链整合策略,希望进一步对生鲜农产品供应链进行分析和思考. In recent years,new retail has always been the first hot spot in China's capital market.With a huge influx of capita,new retail has entered an era of barbaric growth.Because of the popularity of young consumers and the rapid development of the Internet,China's fresh e-commerce continues to flourish.This paper chooses the fast-expanding "super species" physical stores as the analysis object,combs the fresh product supply chain behind them,and puts forward the supply chain integration strategy,hoping to further analyze and think about the "new retail" supply chain.
