"Youths with Three Qualities"proposed in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress and"Make Efforts"from six aspects put forward by the National Education Congress profoundly answer a series of important directional,fundamental and overall questions about what kind of talents to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate in education in the new era,which is the guideline for personnel training and fundamental principle to follow in the new era.Learning and practicing the new thoughts and viewpoints of the party central committee in cultivating young talents in the new era is of great theoretical and practical significance for the smooth accomplishment of national rejuvenation and for the reform of higher education.
