在我国高校的发展过程中,高校为了实现教学质量的整体提高,开始加强专业课教师的外聘工作。由于专业课外聘教师本身拥有扎实的专业基础,并且教学经验极为丰富,所以成为了高校师资力量的一个重要组成部分,对高校人才培养起到了推动作用。基于这一形势,就要将专业课外聘教师的作用充分发挥出来,从根本上加强高校专业课外聘教师队伍建设。基于此,分析我国高等教育的现状,深入探讨专业课外聘教师对高校发展的作用,并指出高校专业课外聘教师队伍建设中面临的主要问题,最后阐述应如何加强高校专业课外聘教师队伍建设。

In the development process of colleges and universities in China,in order to improve the overall teaching quality,colleges and universities have begun to strengthen the employment of external professional course teachers.As the external professional course teachers themselves have a solid professional foundation and rich teaching experience,they have become an important part of the university’s faculty,which has played a role in promoting the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.Based on this situation,it is necessary to give full play to the role of external professional course teachers,and fundamentally strengthen the construction of external professional course teachers in colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the status quo of higher education in China,probes into the role of external professional course teachers in the development of colleges and universities,and points out the main problems faced in the construction of external professional course teachers in colleges and universities.On this basis,it expounds how to strengthen the construction of external professional course teachers in colleges and universities.
