多尺度视角下资源环境承载力评价及其空间特征分析——以济南市为例 被引量:22

Evaluation on Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity and Its Spatial Characteristics under Multi-scale Perspective: A Case of Ji’nan City

摘要 以土地利用现状地类图斑为评价单元,从图斑、区县、市域尺度,构建由资源、生态环境、经济社会构成的资源环境承载力评价模型,对济南市的资源环境承载力进行多尺度评价和空间特征分析,并在乡镇尺度上进行探索性空间数据分析,探索其空间集聚效应。结果表明:(1)济南市资源环境承载力处于中等水平,空间分布差异明显,承载力较高地区多分布在济南市章丘区、商河县东南部和济阳区北部,承载力较低地区多分布在历下区、市中区北部、槐荫区东部。(2)各子系统差异明显,资源子系统处于较高水平,生态环境及经济社会子系统处于中等水平,且各县区差异较大。(3)资源环境承载力及各子系统具有显著的空间正相关性,高值集簇区、低值萧索区空间集聚明显。 This paper takes the land utilization polygon as the evaluation unit,and constructs the evaluation model of resources and environment carrying capacity composed of resources,ecological environment,economy and society level on the scale of map patches,districts,counties and cities.Based on GIS and weighted summation method,this paper carrys out the multi-scale evaluation and spatial characteristics analysis of resources and environment carrying capacity of Ji’nan City.Exploratory spatial data analysis is carried out at the township scale to explore its spatial agglomeration effect.The results show that:(1)The resources and environment carrying capacity of Ji’nan is at a medium level,and its spatial distribution is obviously different.The higher carrying capacity areas are mostly distributed in Zhangqiu District,southeastern Shanghe County and northern Jiyang District,while the lower carrying capacity areas are mostly distributed in Lixia District,northern Shizhong District and eastern Huaiyin District.(2)There are obvious differences among subsystems,the resource subsystem is at a higher level,the ecological environment and economic and social subsystems are at a medium level,and the differences among counties and districts are large.(3)The resources and environment carrying capacity and its subsystems have significant positive spatial correlation.The spatial agglomerate of high-value cluster areas and low-value areas is obvious.
