基于蓝海战略的信托业应对“资管新规”策略研究

Research on the Strategy of Trust Industry’s Response to“New Regulations of Management”based on Blue Sea Strategy

价值创新是蓝海战略的基石。价值创新让人们以一种新的方法思考和实施战略,从而开创蓝海,摆脱红海。2018年以来,一系列资管新规的发布,使得各金融机构的监管标准趋同,这进一步加剧了信托业的"红海"压力。运用蓝海战略的"战略布局图""四步动作框架""剔除-减少-增加-创造"坐标格等分析工具以及六项原则,研究了信托业应对资管新规的策略,这也是金融供给侧结构性改革的有机组成部分。

Value innovation is the cornerstone of Blue Sea strategy. Value innovation enables people to think and implement strategies in a new way, thus creating the Blue Sea and getting rid of the Red Sea.Since 2018, the issuance of a series of new regulations on capital management has made the regulatory standards of financial institutions converge, which further intensifies the"Red Sea"pressure on the trust industry. In this paper, the strategy of trust industry to deal with the new regulations is studied by using the"strategic layout map","four-step action framework","elimination-reduction-increase-creation"coordinate lattice and six principles of Blue Ocean strategy. This is also an integral part of the financial supply-side reform.
