摘要
文章基于高校图书馆用户基本属性特征、用户行为特征、用户兴趣特征抽象出大学生用户标签,结合本体建模方法构建高校图书馆大学生用户画像概念模型;并基于用户画像模型、聚类与关联算法构建高校图书馆大学生用户阅读推广服务新模式,以期挖掘大学生阅读需求与阅读动机,从而改进高校图书馆现有服务策略与服务方向,为高校图书馆的阅读推广服务提供用户阅读需求数据,提升高校图书馆差异化阅读推广服务能力,促进阅读推广向个体与群体推广两个方向的有序发展。
The paper draws out the user labels of college students based on the basic attribute characteristics, behavior characteristics and interest characteristics of college library users, and constructs the conceptual model of user portrait of college library combined with the ontology modeling method;furthermore, based on the user portrait model, clustering and association algorithm, the paper constructs a new model of reading promotion service for college students, hoping to explore their reading needs and motivation, so as to improve the existing service strategies and service direction of university libraries, provide reading demand data for their reading promotion services, improve their differentiated reading promotion service abilities, and promote the orderly development of reading promotion to individuals and groups.
