摘要
当前,有关阅读推广改进的研究较少,也缺乏典型的实践案例,阅读推广尚未在提升服务效能方面发挥应有的作用。文章基于现代企业管理思维,将质量改进的理念引入阅读推广活动中,以8D为基本框架,尝试构建阅读推广改进模型。该模型从8个层面入手,兼顾定量与定性分析,给出了较为系统和科学的改进体系,将在充分满足读者需求、改进活动质量、丰富活动形式、降低经济成本、提高服务效能等方面有所助益。
At present, there are few studies and typical practice cases on the improved model of reading promotion, as well as, reading promotion has not yet played its due role in improving service efficiency. Based on the modern enterprise management thought, the paper introduces the concept of quality improvement into the reading promotion activities and attempts to build an improved model of reading promotion with 8D as the basic framework. The model gives consideration to both quantitative and qualitative analysis and gives a systematic and scientific improvement system from eight levels,which will be helpful in fully meeting readers’needs, improving activity quality, enriching activity forms, reducing economic cost and improving service efficiency.
