文章以东华大学图书馆为例,通过调研其馆藏外文资源建设情况,对馆藏外文纸质书、电子书结构、使用情况进行统计分析,从结构性、绩效性进行比较,为实现精准采购提供科学依据,为提高外文资源利用率提出可行的建议和对策。

Taking the Donghua University Library as an example, the paper investigates the construction of foreign language resources, conducts a statistical analysis on the structure and usage of foreign language paper books and e-books, and compares them from the aspects of structure and performance, so as to provide scientific basis for accurate purchasing and put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures for improving the utilization rate of foreign language resources.
