摘要 根据复速级冲击涡轮式气启动马达工作原理提出一种新型的保护控制装置设计方案,包括机械结构和气压控制气路两方面。其中机械结构方面解决了发动机的飞轮齿圈和马达的小齿轮撞击及重复碰撞问题,另一方面解决了发动机启动后转速300r/min以内就立即切断气启动马达控制气路问题,使气启动马达的小齿轮和发动机的飞轮齿圈分离,同时在发动机工作时气动启动系统也禁止工作,达到真正保护发动机目的。介绍该保护控制装置结构原理图,详细描述其工作流程,并对该保护系统进行了仿真分析,通过控制单向节流阀的流速,实现了对二位三通气动换向阀的控制。简述了它在实际应用中的特点。该新型气启动马达的保护控制装置为同行业类似产品开发提供了参考。 A novel type of protection and control device was put forward based on a re-level impact turbine pneumatic motor.It included two aspects of mechanical structure and pneumatic control.To achieve the purpose of protecting the engine,the impact and repeated impact of the engine flywheel gear ring and the motor pinion gear were solved by the mechanical structure.The pneumatic motor control air path was immediately cut off when the engine starting speed was under 300 r/min so that the pneumatic motor pinion gear and the engine flywheel gear ring was separated.And the pneumatic starting system was also disabled when the engine worked.The structure of the protection and control device was introduced,the workflow was described in detail,the simulation of the protection system was carried out.By controlling the flow speed of the one-way throttle valve,the control of the 2 position 3 port pneumatic reversing valve was realized.At last its characteristics in practical application were briefly described.The protection device of the novel type of pneumatic motor provides reference for the development of similar products in the industry.
