摘要
针对7075铝合金延展率低从而造成SPR(Self-Piercing Riveting)自冲铆接过程中出现裂纹的问题,提出了对7075铝合金板材进行预加热处理的方法,使用厚度为2mm的7075铝合金板件作为下层板与厚度为1.2mm的RC5754铝合金板件作为上层板进行SPR铆接,对比7075铝板预加热处理前后的SPR铆接质量,并且对预加热处理前后的7075铝合金板件进行拉伸比较实验。实验结果表明:通过预加热处理,7075铝合金延展率得到提升。通过预加热处理,7075铝合金在SPR铆接过程中出现裂纹的问题得到了解决。
In order to solve the problem that 7075 aluminum alloy with low extension rate cracked in the process of self-piercing riveting(SPR),a method of preheating treatment of 7075 aluminum alloy was put forward.Connecting the 7075 aluminum alloy plate with the thickness of 2 mm as the lower plate with the RC5754 aluminum alloy plate with the thickness of 1.2 mm as the upper plate by the SPR riveting gun,the SPR riveting quality before and after preheating treatment was compared.As well as,the tensile experiments of 7075 aluminum alloy plates before and after preheating treatment were made and compared.The experimental results show:the extension rate of 7075 aluminum alloy is improved after preheating treatment.The problem of appearing cracks in SPR riveting process is solved by preheating treatment.
