摘要
利用双螺杆挤出机将尼龙6(PA6)与乙烯-辛烯嵌段共聚物(OBC)共混,研究了3种相容剂EVA-g-MAH-1(接枝率1%)、POE-g-MAH-0.6(接枝率0.6%)和POE-g-MAH-1(接枝率)1%及相容剂添加量对体系的结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当POE-g-MAH-0.6添加量高于2%,POE-g-MAH-1添加量高于3%时,共混物的缺口冲击强度大幅度提高。当相容剂为POE-g-MAH-0.6,添加量为5%时,冲击强度达83.0 kJ/m^2,比纯PA6提高了14倍。相容剂的加入对于共混物的强度影响不大。形态分析表明,加入高于2%的POE-g-MAH-0.6时,OBC分散相尺寸明显减小且界面相互作用增强;高冲击强度的样品中基体与弹性体发生了大量塑性变形。
Nylon 6(PA6)was blended with ethylene-octene block copolymer(OBC)using a twin-screw extruder.Three different compatibilizers,including EVA-g-MAH-1(grafting ratio 1%),POE-g-MAH-0.6(grafting ratio 0.6%),POE-g-MAH-1(grafting ratio 1%)were added,and the effects of the content of the compatibilizers on the structure and properties of the blends were studied.The results show that when the content of POE-g-MAH-0.6 is higher than 2%,and the content of POE-g-MAH-1 is higher than 3%,the notched impact strength of the blends is enhanced significantly.With 5%POE-g-MAH-0.6 as compatibilizer,the impact strength of the blends reaches 83.0 kJ/m^2,14 times higher than that of pure PA6.The addition of the compatibilizers show little effect on the strength of the blends.SEM results show that with the addition of 2%POE-g-MAH-0.6,the dispersed phase size of OBC is significantly reduced and the interfacial interaction is enhanced.The impact fractured surface morphology shows that the plastic matrix and the elastomer experience large plastic deformation during impact for the samples with high impact strength.
