纳米氧化铜对斑马鱼甲状腺系统的干扰效应 被引量:3

摘要 目前纳米技术发展和应用以指数形式快速增长,纳米氧化铜(copper oxide nanoparticles,CuONPs)因在吸光性、磁性、化学催化和热传导等方面具有独特的优势而得到广泛应用,近期关于CuONPs对细胞、动物胚胎和植物的毒性报道日益增多,但是关于CuONPs对鱼类甲状腺系统的报道相对较少.因此,本试验选用斑马鱼作为研究对象,从细胞形态、激素水平和基因层面研究了纳米氧化铜对斑马鱼甲状腺系统造成的干扰效应.结果表明,CuONPs可损伤甲状腺滤泡结构,改变上皮细胞形态,诱导甲状腺激素T3和T4上升并且造成代谢酶编码基因ugt1ab的表达下调.
