摘要
在城市轨道交通的路网规划时,普遍存在线路交叉的情况,如果交叉线路不是同时施工,这就造成了后施工线路上跨或下穿既有线路,往往会给施工带来一定的风险,如果是下穿运营地铁线施工,若施工中出现土体沉降超标、坍塌,将会严重威胁到运营地铁线的安全甚至导致重大事故。针对目前盾构下穿既有运营地铁线路施工技术运用过程存在的问题影响,文章以实际工程项目为例,分析了施工技术的应用要点,并提出了实践控制的策略方法。结果表明,只有盾构下穿作业的实际情况进行充分结合,才能使施工技术的运用效果达到预期。
In the planning of urban rail transit network,there exists the situation of line crossing in general.If the crossing line is not constructed at the same time,it will cause the crossing or crossing of the existing line in the later construction line,which will often bring certain risks to the construction.If the subway line is constructed under the operation line,if the soil subsidence exceeds the standard and collapses in the construction,it will seriously threaten the safety of the operation of the subway line.All lead to serious accidents.In view of the influence of the existing problems in the construction technology of shield tunneling through existing metro lines,this paper takes the actual project as an example,analyses the application points of the construction technology,and puts forward the strategy and method of practical control.The results show that only when the actual situation of shield tunneling operation is fully combined,the application effect of construction technology can reach the expectation.
