摘要
本文重点介绍深圳北站雨棚屋盖采用国内外首创的四边形环索弦支结构体系施工技术,其结构体系主要由斜拉钢棒、竖向撑杆及四边形环索构成,通过张拉斜拉钢棒,使环索张紧、撑杆受压,改善网格梁结构的受力和变形性能,结合施工实际情况,进行了张拉施工全过程的有限元仿真模拟计算,确定了施工原则及顺序,可为同类工程施工提供技术参考,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
This paper focuses on the construction technology of the quadrilateral ring-shaped string structure system of the Shenzhen North Station canopy roof.The structure system is mainly composed of diagonally drawn steel bars,vertical struts and quadrilateral slings.Pulling and pulling the steel bar to tension the cable and compressing the strut to improve the force and deformation performance of the mesh beam structure.Combined with the actual construction conditions,the finite element simulation calculation of the whole process of tensioning construction was carried out,and the determination was made.The construction principle and sequence can provide technical reference for the construction of similar projects,and have important theoretical and practical significance.
