摘要
随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,城市建设的速度也在不断的加快。为了解决城市规模扩大后,公共交通的需求逐渐增加的问题,很多城市都开展了地铁工程的建设。地铁车站是地铁工程中的重要组成部分,在地铁车站的施工技术中,PBA是一种应用范围比较广的先进技术,能更好地保证施工安全,提高施工的质量。以新疆乌鲁木齐地铁1号线王家梁地铁车站洞桩法施工为背景,针对导洞边桩和中柱施工,深入分析了人工挖孔桩成桩工艺。施工措施有效避免了现场作业空间狭小,场地布置困难等难题,同时又可避免因地下水等不良因素影响施工进度。研究成果可为今后类似的城市中心地下车站施工提供借鉴,具有重要的科学研究意义及工程应用价值。
With the development of our country's economy and social progress,the speed of urban construction is also accelerating.In order to solve the problem of increasing demand for public transport after the expansion of city scale,many cities have carried out the construction of subway projects.Metro station is an important part of Metro engineering.In the construction technology of Metro station,PBA is an advanced technology with a wide range of applications,which can better ensure the construction safety and improve the quality of construction.Based on the construction of Wangjialiang Metro Station in the Urumqi Metro Line 1 in Xinjiang,the manual pile digging pile forming process was analyzed in depth for the construction of the pilot hole side pile and the middle column.The construction measures effectively avoid the problems of small on-site working space,difficult layout of the site,and at the same time avoiding the construction progress due to adverse factors such as groundwater.The research results can provide reference for the construction of similar underground stations in urban centers in the future,with important scientific research significance and engineering application value.
