摘要
在桥梁工程中,现浇箱梁是十分重要的结构,其采取满堂支架的施工方式不仅符合施工的基本要求,同时也可提升桥梁的稳定性。以龚家浸大桥为例,多角度分析了施工组织设计,并对其现浇箱梁段上部结构采取满堂支架施工工艺,通过荷载计算的方式明确了支架搭设的基本要求,实现对相关施工工艺的分析,从而提高桥梁施工的完善性。
In the bridge engineering,the cast-in-place box girder is a very important structure.The construction method of the full-frame bracket not only meets the basic requirements of the construction,but also improves the stability of the bridge.In view of the way of selecting case analysis in this paper,Gongjia Bing Bridge was taken as the object of this study.The construction organization design was analyzed from various angles,and the full-frame support construction process was adopted for the upper structure of the castin-place box girder section.The basic requirements of the bracket erection are clarified,and the analysis of the relevant construction process is realized,thereby improving the perfection of the bridge construction.
