摘要
采用磁路法对新能源汽车的稀土永磁同步电机的主要尺寸进行了估算,基于估算参数在Easimotor软件中建立有限元仿真模型,对永磁同步电机的空载反电势、性能MAP、齿槽空载、反电势的谐波含量进行分析。仿真结果表明,电机的仿真数据与电机设计需求相符。
The main dimension of the rare-earth permanent-magnet synchronous motor of the new energy automobile is estimated by the magnetic circuit method,and the finite element simulation model is established in the EasyMotor software based on the estimation parameters,and the no-load reverse potential,the performance MAP,the tooth slot no-load and the anti-potential harmonic content of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed.The simulation results show that the simulation data of the motor is in accordance with the design requirement of the motor.
