摘要
铝及铝合金阳极氧化技术能够提高基体表面的硬度、耐蚀性和耐磨性等,不同酸性工艺条件下能够得到不同性能的阳极氧化膜层。介绍了典型的铝合金阳极氧化技术,并对阳极氧化技术的特点进行了分析,对铝阳极氧化技术最近所取得的进展进行了总结,对开展新工艺研究、改善阳极氧化膜层质量提供参考。
Anodic oxidation technology of aluminum and aluminum and aluminum alloy can improve the hardness,corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the matrix surface,Anodic oxide film with different properties can be obtained under different acid process conditions.Introduce the typical anodic oxidation technology of aluminum alloy,analyzes the characteristics of the anodic oxidation technology,summarizes the latest progress of the anodic oxidation technology of aluminum,and provides a reference for developing new technology and improving the quality of anodic oxidation film.
